Shipping Policy

These are a few important points & caveats to consider as part of our shipping policy.

• We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted.
• We do not ship on public holidays and in peak seasons orders may be delayed due to high volumes and logistical reasons.
• Ground shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process.
• You have 15 days from when your package shows delivered to reach out regarding a lost, damaged or stolen package.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / DPO addresses and would require full delivery address.
• All orders are subject to address verification.
• Direct signature is required on orders over $500.
• Please allow an additional 5to 10 days for shipping during Festive season, Black Friday, Christmas, Thanksgiving & Cyber Monday sales

DDP – Delivered Duties Paid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout.

DDU – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.
